Can admins be alerted when a user deletes their account?

When a new user registers on our community there is a token that pings back to our CRM which adds a flag to their record on our CRM database to identify them as a user of our online community.

If we (admins) have to delete a user's account from the community, we will also go into their record in our CRM and remove their flag. However if a user deletes their own account this doesn't happen as we're not made aware.

Is there any way that admins can be alerted if someone has deleted their account so we can then manually adjust their details in our CRM?
