I've recently came across a anomaly in our reporting and I'm trying to understand, how exactly is Verint counting everything because in two areas of our reporting we observed some anomalies.
One is in the active members area.
While the other is in the viewed content area.
As you can see, in both cases we have two spikes that are absolutely out of this world compared to our usual numbers.
I'm trying to understand how can that be?
One of the possibilities I'm thinking about is some sort of bot activity... is Verint counting those too?
Would really appreciate if someone could help me understand this anomaly.
