Can I create a redirect in the admin panel to manage a group that's been renamed?

Question

We have a product-related group we need to rename to match the new name of the product. The product itself has several links to the old group name, and we can coordinate revisions in the links with the renaming of the group. However, not all clients accept the new version of the product at the same time. So we need a redirect created so that clients with the older version of the product will not have a broken link when we rename the group. 
 For example: 
 [OUR URL]/population-builder/f/q-a needs to be redirected to [OUR URL]/pop-insights /f/q-a 
 I thought there was something in the admin panel that accomplished this, but I can't find it. Thanks in advance for your help!

When a group, application, or content is moved or renamed, Community automatically inserts a redirect from the old location to the new location. This redirect is used only if no current group/application/content exists at the requested URL (so if you rename the group and create a new one with the old name, the old group URL will no longer redirect to the renamed group).
