Telligent Update Issue

Hi,

I was trying to update to VerintCommunity-12.1.3.23006. I followed all the instruction as mentioned. But after updating I get this sign in page alone I attached the page image. It is not redirecting login page.

Kindly do help me resolve this issue

Yes it is a licensed version. It was something to do with my SQL. After I install new version of SQL problem resolved. Now, site is working fine. Previously I was trying to update SQL.

This happens when something went wrong during the upgrade process Please check if you had copied the file storage and new web folders. Also can you please confirm if you are trying to upgrade non licensed…

Hi satish,

I tried login to via emergency login page. I can able to login but no other options are available.
