We've been contemplating moving back to a flat/ single thread forum as some of our users would prefer that. However, when I tried this out in our test environment, I noticed a delay with the replies. It's fine if you reply to the OP - all works as normal, but if you reply to someone else you have to refresh the browser before the reply appears. There seems to be a delay between adding your reply, seeing the live alert to say you've replied and actually seeing your reply on screen.
We're on v.12.1.2.21912.
Has anyone else experienced a reluctance to use nested threading or the delayed reply issue?
