Ability to have alt text as a mandatory field on image upload for users

Thank you for posting - we confirmed with our technical team that it is possible to edit the Rich Text Editor, but not suggested as it is so integrated with the Verint platform. If this is a requirement for your community, we could get you in touch with our technical team to discuss some custom development

I would also recommend posting this as an idea within the ideas section in customer connection. 

Thanks for being so helpful Sara Collins . It's actually not a requirement for our own Community but for one of our contacts. 

I will create an idea on this too if there's no one from the community here that might have other suggestions!
