I am not seeing User Renderable Messages under Monitioring

My apologies Stephen Vicino (svicino), I've discovered that the instructions I provided above are not applicable to some earlier versions of v12. I will have to dig into this a bit deeper.

Howdy Stephen Vicino (svicino), I've confirmed with our support team that this is driven by the Core - Messages widget. In particular, MessageId = 140. I've been told that the Core - Messages widget does allow this to be changed and already does with other Message IDs.
