This was the error we got this morning and it continuously triggered emails to admins, the site is working as expected and all the server VMs are good. The environment is hosted on AWS Servers but not on the Azure app.
And we are not able to see any Filedelivery value in connection.config file, we restarted the IIS, and still, it doesn't resolve
