Hello,
We recently upgraded our community from Verint version 11.x to 12.1.1.20482.
Post upgrade we are seeing 185 widgets under "Upgraded Widgets" which needed to be "Reviewed", "Approved" and "Publish Reviewed Changes" as per the documentation at https://community.telligent.com/community/12/a/user-documentation/UD326/how-do-i-preview-ui-changes-in-the-community#reviewing-each-change. We "Reviewed, Approved and "Publish Reviewed Changes" for 20 widgets. These widgets are showing as normal for the user who "Reviewed", "Approved" and "Publish Reviewed Changes". However for other users (having admin role) these are still showing as "Not Reviewed" and in "Widget Studio" they are coming under "Staged Changes" with a "DELETED" status. Can you please let us know why the changes are not reflecting for other users even after "Reviewing", "Approving and "Publishing Reviewed Changes"?
