After upgrade /cfs-file/__key/system/js/telligent.glow.min.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

After upgraded from 11.x to 12.x getting error as 

/cfs-file/__key/system/js/telligent.glow.min. js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

 /cfs-file/__key/system/js/jquery.min. js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)
/cfs-file/__key/system/js/telligent.evolution.min. js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

    Hi . Sorry for this trouble. Can you confirm whether the your CFS contains the filestorage\system\js directory structure along with those script files? Can you also share a little more about your upgrade process? Has the job server been upgraded and running? It performs post-upgrade tasks which should ensure these files exist (along with many other tasks). Are there any exceptions logged during the upgrade?
