Mirrored feeds in blogs

I'm wanting to set up a mirrored feed to one of our blogs to bring across posts in an external wordpress blog run by another staff team.

However, if I set up the post author as being anonymous (show author from feed) then firstly their 'profile' image is our default 'grey man' icon, they don't actually have a profile in our community and therefore aren't listed in the membership list so I can't update their profile image to something more suitable and secondly if anyone clicks on their name expecting to see a profile page, it takes you over to their blog on wordpress.

Also the header image used on the wordpress post isn't transferring over to the version of the blog post in our community. Is there another setting that has to be enabled?

I'd really like to be able to attribute mirrored feed posts to a specific existing profile in our community rather than just the options for Anonymous or blog owner.

Any suggestions?
