How to add custom page url with query string value in Master email template

Thanks for the reply Patrick M. , I have created ITokenizedTemplateLinkUrlToken by the referring the above URL, also I enabled it in admin section, but I couldn't see my token it the master email template token list. I referred this Edit Email Template to Add Additional Parameter for Email Campaign Tracking forum thread. here it's mentioned that "supplying Apis.Get<IGroups>().ContainerTypeId as the dataTypeId would render your custom token along with the other group tokens". Which containerTypeId I have to use it here in order to get it in master template token list?
