Question about Friendship Rest API

Hi Team, 
 I went through this documentation and found this about Friendship REST API Endpoint. List Friendship REST Endpoint 
 I wanted to know if its possible to check current friendship of two users via this method? For example: To see if Person A is friends with Person B. Currently list API only shows all the friends of the user you have requested. 
 We do have a script API to do this function https://community.telligent.com/community/12/w/api-documentation/68652/core_5f00_v2_5f00_friendship-script-api#Get Wanted to know if it would be possible to recreate this as a REST API Endpoint.

You can use the RecipientId option to only return a single friendship between the Requestor defined in the Rest Url can and the RecipientId passed as an option.
