Reseting Tourtip

Good morning,

We are trying to reset the tour tip for a particular user. After several tests, we figure that one way to do it is by deleting the records related to that particular user from the TourTip table in our Verint Community database. 

The question is: how we can deploy to you guys (Verint group) a SQL script in which you will be deleting those records for a specific user? Or, can we get access to our own Verint Community database credentials, so we can make the change ourselves? And, if we can have access to those database credentials, what is the process to get it?
