Trigger a new notification when editing an old blog post

Question

We're trying to generate a new notification when editing an old blog post and nothing seems to work. We've tried Saving as a draft and scheduling in the future, changing the author, the title, slug and adding/removing tags. The Blog Post Notification Type is enabled.

This is by design to prevent unwanted notifications for small updates to blog posts. You could trigger a notification in another way, for instance by commenting on the post.
