User Role with access to Moderation and Membership only

Question

Hi, 
 I've created a role (called Membership - Moderator) and the only ticked permissions for this role are: 
 
 Manage Membership 
 Moderate and Review Abuse 
 
 I would expect a user in this role to only see the Moderation and Membership sections in the admin portal, but they get access to 
 
 Moderation 
 Membership 
 Groups 
 Activity Stream 
 Authentication 
 Integration 
 
 The only other roles the user has are Everyone and Registered User 
 How can I restrict their access so it is only to Moderation and Membership?

You won't be able to limite this any further. The users do not have full access to every panel in those areas, just those that are appropriate for their permission level. I am filing a bug to review the access to some of these panels as they don't seem appropriate for Manage Membership or Moderate permissions.
