Not receiving Notifications If some one replied to the post which I liked

Did you have a customization around liking content? Out of the box there's no connection between liking content and being notified of updates to that content. Users can subscribe to updates in various ways, primarily by subscribing to applications to be notified of updates in those applications.

Are your subscription settings not being preserved in the upgrade process?

Which content type are you seeing this behavior on?

On forums specially

When you go to the forum home page, does the sidebar say "Turn Forum notifications on" or  "Turn Forum notifications off" ?

When you view a forum thread that you've liked, does the sidebar say "Turn Reply notifications on" or "Turn Reply nofifications off" ?

These are the controls that govern whether you're notified of new threads or replies. Certain actions like creating a thread, replying to a thread, or being subscribed to the application may automatically create a subscription for you. But simply liking a thread does not create a subscription, unless you've created a customization that does that.
