Limit to how many blog posts can be posted

Is there a limit to how many posts a user can make in a day? Yesterday the impersonation feature was used to create posts on behalf of a user and they got the following error message:

"Your posting frequency has exceeded allowed rates. Please wait 10 minutes to post again".

This issue is still persisting today, is there a way to clear it? Is there a way to remove this limit? I didn't see it in the blog admin panel.

You are likely hitting the limit of the "Post Throttling by Authenticated User Posting Frequency", which can be found in the Administration Panel > Moderation > Abuse Automation.  Altering the setting there will apply to all users.  Alternately you can change the settings under Moderation > Moderation Options.  You can add an exempt role there and as long as the user is in that role it will exempt the user from any Abuse Automation.
