Conditional logic in email notification templates

Question

Hello, 
 I see that email templates can be edited in the Admin Console under Notifications -> Email -> [Pick your template]. Are these templates done with Velocity or some templating engine that allows for conditional rendering (if-then-else statements)? We have a use case where we want to show/hide content based on the user's email domain. Is this possible in Verint without a C# customization?

Email templates are only editable in the admin console. When you are inserting or editing a token you can use the Varies field for logic. However there would need to be a token specifically for the user's email domain, for the equals logic to match to it. There is an article Registering Tokens for Templates on adding your own tokens if you decide to take that route.
