Upgrade script for 12.0.1 hotfix results in error

Question

I upgraded a version 11.3 site to 12.0.0.15013 without issue. When I just ran the sql script to go from 12.0.0.15013 to 12.0.1, I see lots of these types of errors when running the sql upgrade script.

Quick summary: Looks like an issue but these can be ignored. 
 These are not errors that impact the execution, but do appear like issues during the script parsing. We are aware these show up and will be updating the script to avoid the impression there are errors. These are previous patches referencing a column that no longer exists as of 12 which is why you did not see them in the initial 12 upgrade. You can also see that the patches were previously executed and never ultimately run.
