Thank you for your help, I've been able to implement one of the outgoing requests for our integration.

For core_v2_http.Get, I see there's a parameter called queryArg.  Is this a map of key-value pairs, or is this a simple string?  If this is a simple string are there any libraries in the server side runtime for encoding querystring variables etc?

Using server-side javascript, you can specify the values as a dictionary:

var result = core_v2_http.Get('https://publish.twitter.com/oembed', {
    Query: {
        url: 'https://twitter.com/Verint'
    }    
});
return result.Response;
