Article How do I confirm the Verint Knowledge Management Pro (KM Pro) Integration package is installed correctly and running?

Note: This article is applicable to customers with On-Premises, Self-hosted, or AnyCloud Verint Community deployments. 

Confirm KM Pro Package Installation is Complete and Running

From the Administration Panel,

1. Select Applications

2. Look for KMPro Collections

3.  Make sure it is Enabled

4. Select Exceptions and Verify there are no Exceptions shown.

5. From the Administration Panel, Go to Interface

6. Select Widgets

7. Search for KMPro

8. Confirm there are (12) KMPro widgets on the list.

This installation process is applicable to Verint Community 12.0 and higher.
