Activity Story : Configuration

Description

Purpose

This widget displays a single Activity Story.

Limitation

This widget is not configurable. (It does not have  in the menu bar in Edit Page mode.)

Where it works

This widget is intended for use on the User Activity Story page. While rare, there are a few cases when an Activity Story does not map to content directly but needs a place to be displayed. For example, an Activity Story when two users become friends.

Configuration

Place the widget 

1. Click Pencil Icon >  Manage Site Theme > Manage Pages
2. Find the  User Activity Story page 
3. Click on User Activity Story and then Edit layout
4. The Activity Story widget should already appear on this page.
5. Hover over the widget and note that there is not a  in the menu bar
6. Click Publish when complete, or close the Administration Panel.
