How can I split a forum thread into multiple threads?

Splitting a forum thread is in order when the thread receives an off-topic reply.

1. Navigate to the post.
2. Click More underneath the response you want to split off. A drop-down list appears, including the command to Split.
3. Click Split. the split thread window appears.
4. If you want to change the subject of the new thread, do it here.
5. Click Split thread. The new thread appears in the forum you selected.
