Welcome to the Community Management Basics course for Verint Community.
The primary objective of the Community Management Basics course is to learn some of the basic concepts within Verint Community that will be used as you manage your online community.
After taking this course, if you would like to pursue more detailed Administrative training or if there is a need for Developer Training, our Verint Professional Services team offers in-person training options for both tracks.
The flow of this course will be such that I will cover a particular community management topic and then demonstrate that topic on our demo site. At the end of each learning module, I will provide you with an exercise in which you will perform many of the actions learned during the module on your own site. This way, you will get some actual hands-on activity throughout the course. During the time that you are performing the exercise on your site, please pause the course and then return back when the exercise is complete.
An important note regarding the hands-on exercises: You must have your own instance of Verint Community or a trial group from a Verint demo site to be able to participate in those activities. If you have any questions about obtaining Verint Community or if you have interest in other training options, please contact your Customer Success Manager or reach out to us directly.
