Issues with community Tag Cloud widget URLs blocked

Hi there, we have had an issue with URLs not working in the Tag Cloud widget that we surface on certain pages. 

I wanted to ask if anyone has run into issues with 503 errors when trying to click on Tag Cloud URLs? 

We have been told that Verint have blocked URLs due to a DDOS attack.

    Is this still an issue you are seeing? You could create a case with Verint 

    Do you have any screenshots or recordings of this issue? It could potentially be a permissions issue if the issue is only occurring for non admins. However, if it occurs for admins too, there could be an issue with the widget itself or the site cache. You could try clearing the site cache under the admin panel > about > more > clear cache and reload plugins
