The 'Top ##%' phrasing reads poorly in the User - Reputation widget

Has anyone changed this language that's stored in the User - Reputation widget?  What did you change it to?

Maybe I'm just being overly sensitive, but I feel like the Top % in the community feels "off."

Here are a couple of users on our community:

New, untested, inactive user Established, participating, active user
QualityPercentile: 100
QualityPercentile: 48

If I were just presented with the "Top %" numbers above, I'd read that the inactive user on the left is "better" than the user on the right - even though the inverse is true.

I've wrapped my head around how the calculations work, so that's not the issue here.  My problem is the verbiage/language and what it implies to the casual reader. I'm banging my head trying to come up with some decent phrasing to explain what these numbers actually mean to community users.

If you can share your version of the widget that would be amazing!
