For one of our sub-groups, the moderator asked if it is possible to work at the same document at the same time. In example, in Google Drive/Google Docs you have the option to work together in a word/text file and you can see who is working on what part of the document.
Since I saw that the community/Verint is not offering 'own' document files, but having the options to upload your own document format (in example word), I thought this was not a possibility.
However, I was thinking there still might be a possibility. Or any other customers/community members have found a safe/secure and user-friendly workaround for this?
