Image sizes in ideation

Hello

On one of my ideation pages, people are having issues with loading images into ideas due to file sizes:

I set the maximum file size to 0 which should mean unlimited right?

Please could someone help me understand how to allow people to post images regardless of size asap? We launched the competition today so want to avoid lots of people running into this issue.

    I appear to have found the issue. Setting the size to 0 did not allow for unlimited image sizes. Instead I set the limit to 20MB and people are now able to upload images within that parameter.
