(Version:11.1.2.11425)
We have a Calendar application in a private group. I had a user try to directly link to an event's URL today, but instead of (expected) being redirected to log in, which happens with all other application types, the user ran into a Validation Error:
I updated the validation error message text ( RE: How to edit the Access Denied message? ) but I'd expect the same behavior as with a blog, discussion, etc. Is this a known bug? I see that TE-17127 - Fixed CalendarEventContentType.HasPermission method to use Calendar level permission check instead of group level permission check
was fixed in Version: 11.1.10.18802 which seems the closest I could find. I tested this in my staging site which is on 11.1.11.20244, and couldn't reproduce this issue, but I wanted to verify this is fixed before telling my users.
Thank you!
