Allow site role to send DMs without connecting

Question

Hello 
 I have a site role for employee forum experts, and I wondered if I could allow this role to send DMs to anyone like Site Admins can do? I don't see any such setting under role permissions though.

Currently only users with Manage Membership permission may bypass the conversation settings and start a conversation with anyone.
