We have contact request emails enabled and also set for a group, but we have noticed that the owners are not receiving the emails. Is there an additional setting that we need to check or is this functionality not working in 11.1.xxx?

Hi oloera. Unfortunately, there is a known issue with the group contact request feature being investigated. It's being tracked internally as TE-14477.
As a temporary workaround, the Group - Contact widget could be updated to also send a private message alongside the group contact request record to the group owner through use of the core_v2_conversationMessage API.
