How to show always main tab of the inside navigation by default?

In second level navigation or inner navigation the main navigation tab is not shown by default. It will only show when you navigate to other tab. But I want to show the main tab all time

Main Navigation --> Home | Products | Services

sub navigation under products --> Link 1 | Link 2 | Link 3

when you click on Link 2 --> Main | Link 1 | Link 2 | Link 3

I want this main to be always available all time.
