Deleting achievements

Hello 
 I am updating the available achievements in our community, and I have the following questions: 
 
 What happens if I delete an achievement? Will that achievement be removed from the profile of everyone who has earned it? 
 If it is removed because of deletion, will that person be notified somehow? 
 What is the recommended size and format for achievement artwork?

 Yes, that is correct it will be removed from the profile of everyone who has earned it.

 No, it does not look like the person will be notified when it is deleted/removed/revoked, but only when it is awarded.
