Can one groups calendar events be shared/displayed to another groups calendar?

I have calendar events that are specific to the product groups that they are created in and display as expected in that groups calendar, but I also have shared events that I would like to post in a non-product specific group and share across all group calendars without having to duplicate them. Is this possible?

  • Hey Nettie, absolutely possible! This does assume that none of the groups are private (or if they are private then all members you want to see the events would need to be members of each private group). 

    You could either set up a new calendar for the non-product specific groups or toss the events into an existing calendar. Either way, once you have the events in, you go to each group's calendar and edit the page. Edit the Event Calendar - Calendar widget, then select the calendars from which you want to pull. So in your product groups, you would have the product group calendar and your calendar with the shared events.
