We use the Group Summary report to understand individual group activity across our community. One of the key metrics we track is New users added to groups. The way our community is setup, we have Roles that are mapped to Groups. When a new user is to be added to a Group, we add that user to the appropriate Role. When members are added this way, the Group Summary report doesn't count these as new members. Consequently, all the New member counts for any group on our community platform are zero. How do we resolve this?
