Blog content being replaced by ***

Question

We have a blog entry with the following html code:

Pictured from left to right, Madison Facchini, Sylvester Ankamah-*** and Vivian Liu are taking co-design to the next level at our company.

When this is displayed, the following content is shown: Pictured from left to right, Madison Facchini, Sylvester Ankamah−*** and Vivian Liu are taking co-design to the next level at our company. We have run this code through an html editor with no issue, but the Verint Community does not like this combination. We have also used the &minus. We also noticed that any letter other than "K" in "***" will display correctly. Any insight into this issue?

This looks like the character is being replaced by the Censorship feature under Moderation, but I am not able to duplicate the issue in an out-of-the-box test site.
