User unable to upload files...

Question

I have a user who is not able to upload any files. He is a group owner, was able to upload before, and has the appropriate permissions, but when uploading the file never gets to 100% and just resets the pop out screen for you to select a file to load. 
 Any help is appreciated.

We were able to identify that the files trying to be uploaded included Macros Enabled. Once the macros were disabled and removed the files uploaded successfully.
