It could be a feature of Verint 12 (instructions on more content here) and not 11 (which we are on), but I want to change the age of the posts that are shown in the widget 'more content'.
This widget is now showing users very old content that is not even related to the article. More recent (and more relevant) topics are not shown.
How can I adjust at least the age? I checked the settings and it retreives posts from all groups.
