We've been using the Disapproved status for some Users that no longer access our community. Sometimes we want to flip a User from Disapproved to Approved. But how do we prevent the Welcome Email from sending to re-approved Users? Note that I'm specifically talking about the Welcome Email.
If I can't turn off the email, could I workaround this by turning off a User's email completely, re-approving them, waiting for the email job to run and then turning the User's email back on?
