How can we edit the "Disapproved" message

We have interns that are assigned an ID that we disapprove when they leave. When they return and try to login with their old ID, they received the message for "Disapproved" users. Where can we edit this message. I believe this is different from the "Access Denied" message.

  • It's probably part of the "Core - Message widget", but I don't know which message number it would be. I asked about it here ( RE: How to edit the Access Denied message?) but didn't get a reply. If you're self-hosted, you can probably access that file mentioned in that thread. If you're on cloud, please share if you figure out how to locate the message.
