Hi, We have a requirement to bring the search results from multiple groups. Currently, the site banner widget shows the result for the group based on the context.
Is it possible to modify the widget to target multiple groups instead of one?

Hi cdns123 thanks for the question!
The out of the box search does already include being able to bring search results from multiple groups, unless I'm not following the question correctly. In the below screenshot, the search defaults to "All" which would include anything the user has access to across the entire site.
Are you thinking more of a selection type option where you can go from this view (or press enter to get to the search results page) and then pick which groups you want to pull results from?
Thanks!
Hi Grant, This is related to my earlier question on groups where I am trying to cross-reference the applications from multiple groups.
community.telligent.com/.../is-there-a-way-we-can-configure-the-same-forum-for-multiple-groups
Group1 (oncloud)
App 1
App 2 (from Group 2)
App 3 (From Group 3)
App 4 (From Group 2)
We developed a custom Latest post widget to get the content for applications from multiple groups.
For search functionality, the site banner is placed on the group1 page, and by default, it shows the results from that Group1 - Oncloud (as expected). The requirement is that when the user searches, it should also look for Group 2 and Group 3.
Is there a way I can modify the query to target multiple groups?
