timeout for ETL

When running the ETL report, sometimes we get the "Execution Timeout Expired" exception. I was wondering if there is a way to change the SQL timeout for ETL (like increasing the timeout). Is there a setting we can configure in the ReportingETL.exe.config maybe? or is it an internal setting that we can't change? We are using Telligent 11.1.8.17149

    There is not a way to increase the timeout.  Can you provide your log so we can see where it is timing out?  Is there server load issues causing the ETL to timeout?  Are you running with the Community database and Reporting database on two separate database servers, as we recommend, so as to not run into resource contention issues while running the ReportingETL.exe?
