I know it's Friday, so I'm probably just missing it, but where (for the love of all things holy) is the permission that enables/disables the prioritization thing?
I'm specifically talking about forum threads here, but it may apply to a larger audience. I want to grant this permission to a subset of users on nearly all of our forums.
We're on version 11.x if that matters to the answer in any way shape or form.
There's a pair of Forum permissions that control this - see screenshot below.
If you are in v11, there's not a straightforward way to set default group permissions across the site - see this thread for further discussion: How do I change the default set of Group permissions for Owners, Managers and Members
In v12, we've added this feature for group roles under Administration > Groups > Membership Types and for site roles under Administration > Groups > Global Permissions.
