Change page title of copied page

Question

We have copied a custom page for a new page called "Product Distribution Centers". When the page is clicked on the Chrome Browser tab has name of the page that this was copied from, "Strategy and Program Management". We check the page definition and "Product Distribution Centers" is set in the title. Is this be overwritten elsewhere in the community? In this image, we are showing the "Product Distribution Centers", but the page title says "Strategy and Program Management".

Can you check the layout of the page by going to "Edit layout" right next to "Edit definition"? Look for a widget named "Custom Title". If it exists, you'll need to configure it and update the name.
