Automation email Notification Regarding Users from Embargoed Countries

Question

We would like to receive emails letting us know that someone from an Embargoed Country has created an account or post. Is there an automation that will generate an email to notify if someone from an Embargoed country (IR,SY,CU,NK,SD,SS) registers and or creates a post?

There's no out-of-the-box functionality to do something like this. 
 In order to implement something like this, you would need a method to determine the country of origin of a request - either by building your own or finding a third party IP Geolocation database or service provider . Community provides core_v2_page.IpAddress in automations.
