Have they made any changes to font colors under Manage > Manage Group Theme > Theme Options?

Also, you're saying that you made an explicit change to the color when editing the widget configuration in the header, Saved, and the change did not take effect?

It does not appear any changes were made, and when I go into both the Manage Group Default Theme and into the widget configuration it doesn't change from the blank white that is shown above in the top photo.

When I was in the Manage Default theme and changed the color, it did look like it took the selected color saved until I clicked Publish and then the live version continues to stay the blank white.

Instead of going into Manage Default Group Theme, stay at "Manage Group Theme" and select "Edit this Page". That will make changes for this group specifically, rather than the default for all groups.

And you checked fonts there as well, in addition to trying to select a specific background color instead of inheriting?

I don't have the option to edit the fonts in the Group Banner from Edit Theme. I did try changing the colors as well, and though it looks like it saves once I publish it continues to stay the white blank that I show above.

Font colors are at Manage > Manage Group Theme > Theme Options > Fonts and Colors > Colors.

For the Group Banner widget, when you edit the widget again after saving, is the previously selected Color Palette still selected?

I do not have the option for Theme Options in Manage Group Theme.

When I edit the Group Banner widget and save, if I go back in to edit it again it is the last color palette I saved to. So it is saving my edits in the system, but it is not showing when published.

Are you using a custom theme? The custom theme may not have any options defined.

Can you try a browser refresh with Ctrl+F5?

Can you try clearing the UI cache by going to Administration > About > More > Expire User Interface Caches?

If these methods don't work, can you open a support ticket? We may need to look further into theme export and other details that would be better shared via support.
