More than one option for word censorship?

Question

1 - Is there a way to create a censorship for a word with multiple acceptable replacements? 
 Example: 
 Censored Word: Native 
 Replacement: Default or Built-in 
 
 2 - Can an alert pop up while the author is typing to not allow them to post until the word(s) are corrected?

Word replacement is 1-to-1 and does not present any options back to the user. If you'd like to prevent posting until the word is fixed, that would require looking into custom validation as well as managing your own list of censored words with lists of replacement options.
