Moving custom pages

To my knowledge, you can't "move" a page, but you can export the theme, selecting "This page only" and then import it into the other group:

Does this mean it will copy the look and feel, plus page layout and widgets used?

It should copy the layouts and widgets, yes, and also give you the option to exclude some of them. Widget configurations should also be preserved, so if you're using any that reference the "current group" or a specific group, make sure you check that they're correct after the move.

I'm not sure what you mean by "look and feel" outside of the layout and widgets, but if your new group has other theming customizations, they would take precedence over the old group. 

As is the case with most theme changes, you should try previewing the page before fully publishing and make any necessary changes, but this would save you a lot of time compared to recreating everything from scratch (like, it'll get you 80-90% of the way there).
