"I have this question, too" link not appearing on some forum question pages

I just noticed that on one of our forums, the "I have this question, too" option is not appearing under "Thread Details" for a few questions. For some it appears, for some it doesn't. Same forum. What could be causing this? Is this a question for Support?

Sigh. Of course it's not going to be there if I WAS THE AUTHOR OF THE QUESTION. Tail between legs. Working too fast. Ignore this question at all costs. There IS such a thing as a stupid question and this was an example. :-(

Don't beat yourself up. I was doing a demo a few weeks ago and wondered the very same thing and it was the exact same reason....
